1. Who is Infinitycakes.in?

Infinity Cakes is a Brand website under Itchingtravelbug Solutions Private Limited which is registered with government of Gujarat. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this website.

2. Delivery Timings:

For all same day orders, orders have to be made before 2 pm on the same day. All orders made after this shall be considered for delivery latest by the next day.

We do not guarantee any timed delivery, our standard delivery timings are between 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Clients can request specific timings in the Special Instructions section of Payment form, we will try our best to honour the client's request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery.

Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush hour days like Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc, the order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances. Midnight Delivery Timing is anytime between 8:00 PM to 11:45 PM and will not be fixed.

3. Delivery Product:

The flower and cakes arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replicas of the ones shown on site because of different vendors & different season constraints. The image used on the website is for representation purpose only. Although the quantity of product will be the same if there have to be substitutions because of non availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Also, the icing and design of the cake may vary from the image depending upon local availability. The Cake will be 70-80% of what it has been shown on website. However we will try to make it as close to the representation image as possible.

Management holds the absolute right to decide about the similarity of the product while making decision of refunds and management decision will be final in such cases.

4. Damaged deliveries:

We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e within 24 hours of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product. If the product is damaged only while delivery, customer can claim a maximum of delivery amount paid while ordering the product.

Damaged delivery does not include the products in following cases:

1. Product is damaged while out for delivery after leaving warehouse because of unforeseen circumstances. Eg- road accident, poor road condition or heavy traffic while in transit.

2. Product is damaged because of weather conditions. Eg- Extreme heat during summers, Extreme moisture during rains.

The Management's decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or Refund shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.

5. Rules for delivery:

a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to any one else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.

b) Infinity Cakes will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.

2. Recipient not available.

3. Premises locked.

4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.

5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor. 

7. Keeping Customer's safety as priority during COVID, the cake will be delivered in the premises/Building security or Nearest safest location of delivery address as deemed fit by delivery team. No Refund will be allowed in such cases.

Decision of Maanagement will be final in case of any dispute.

Delivery may take longer due to:

• Bad weather

• Political disruptions

• Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your phone regularly for updates.

Midnight Deliveries

Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 8.00 PM to 11.45 PM on the chosen delivery date.

6. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:

If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to any one.

7. Rules for unfounded recipient:

In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.

8. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.

9. The Company and/or its employees including product, logistics and other partners will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from use of its products directly or indirectly.

10. I understand that Infinity Cakes can send transactional and promotional messages on my registered phone number or email address that I have shared.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms of Use Agreement each time you view and use the Website.
